Do you offer digital downloads or physical products?

We offer both! For digital downloads, you’ll receive a transparent PNG file and a PDF via email or instant download right after purchase—no shipping, no waiting. For physical products, we personally print, cut, and pack your stickers with love before shipping them straight to you.
How do I use these files with my Cricut or Silhouette?

You’ll get a transparent PNG file sized and ready to import into Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio. Sometimes the importation process resizes the image, so just in case, always ensure that the width of the image is 6.75 inches. This way the boxes print out in the correct dimensions. Just print, cut, and plan away! Any questions, please contact us.
What size are your sticker sheets?

Most of the sticker sheets are sized to fit within 6.75 x 9.25 inches—perfectly compatible with Cricut machines. Each product listing includes exact dimensions.
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Not at the moment, love. But we're always open to suggestions! If there’s something you’d like to see in the shop, shoot us a message.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Since we're a small shop, we currently do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, if there's any issue with your order, please reach out—we'll always do our best to make it right. For digital products, due to their nature, refunds and cancellations can’t be offered once the file has been downloaded. If something’s wrong with the file, though, just message us—we'll sort it without fuss. For full details, please check the Policies page.
Are your stickers waterproof?

Nope, they’re not waterproof or weatherproof. They’re made for planners, journals, and other paper goods—so best to keep them dry.
